The first official Pink Dot MTL event will be scheduled for the summer of 2012. Bring your family, friends, loved ones and be sure to wear something pink. We will then gather together and form the largest Pink Dot that Montreal has ever seen!!!

Pink Dot SG started Pink Dot in 2009 with a successful 2000 attendees at Singapore’s Hong Lim Park. Three years later their efforts have multiplied 10 fold as 10 000 people gathered together for this years Pink Dot event on June 18, 2011. Not only did Pink Dot break the record for the most people to ever attend a public event at Hong Lim Park, but their message reached out to other countries and cities world wide.

Pink Dot events occurred in Malaysia, Alaska, NYC, London, Japan, Philippines, Hong Kong, and of course, Montreal. This is but a start to an event which will slowly make its way around the world. Our message is simply to encourage love and equality for all LGBT people. Our goal is to have 5000 people attend our event scheduled for summer 2012. We hope to see you there to support “The Freedom to Love”.
